Mobile devices PDA's and now smart phones are becoming more popular every year as the features stability and business uses grow. The ability to stay in touch, up to date and collaborate wherever you are can be a priceless business tool

One of the main leaps in functionality has been the development of direct push technology this allows your outlook Email, calendar and contact updates to be synchronised to your device automatically

One of the main benefits being that the technology used is included in most devices windows mobile 2005 (WM5) and exchange sever which is included in microsoft small business server (SBS)

Many mobile operators now offer smart phones and Pocket Pc's at a great saving when signing up for a contract so it is always worth shopping around and a bit of haggling never hurts.

We recommend HTC hardware which is re branded and sold by most operators, our current favourite device is the HTC Wizard which will soon be replaced by the HTC Hermes. You may see these devices under different names in the shops, for example the HTC Wizard is resold as the I-mate K-JAM / O2 XDA Mini S / T-Mobile MDA to name a few.
